At Samatvam Living, we value your trust and are committed to delivering meaningful, results-driven coaching. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is needed, and we have designed this policy to be fair to both clients and our practice.
Refunds are only available for one-on-one coaching programs, and only if you are unsatisfied after your first session. All other programs and digital products are non-refundable.
A refund may be requested only if you are unsatisfied after your first coaching session, and only for one-on-one coaching programs. We stand behind the quality of our work and are happy to review genuine concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the completion of your first session. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for consideration.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay. Please note that the actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Approved refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment (USD or INR), minus any payment processing fees charged by Razorpay. Currency conversion differences are not covered. The net refund amount will be communicated to you upon approval.
Refund terms for corporate workshops and custom group bookings are governed by the specific contract or proposal agreed upon at the time of booking. Please refer to your individual agreement for applicable terms.
