Samatvam Living is a health and wellness coaching practice. Our coaches hold certifications in nutrition coaching and yoga. We work with clients globally through online coaching, group programs, corporate workshops, and self-paced digital courses.
Samatvam Living offers a range of health and wellness services. Current offerings, descriptions, and pricing are listed on our Programs page and may be updated from time to time. All services are delivered by certified health coaches and do not constitute medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.
By using our services, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company for a corporate workshop, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay in USD or INR depending on your location. By completing a payment, you agree to our Refund Policy.

Upon enrolment in any self-paced digital course offered by Samatvam Living, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. You may not share your login credentials, download and redistribute content, or use materials for commercial purposes. Access may be revoked if these conditions are breached.
All content provided through our services and on this website — including but not limited to the Restore. Nourish. Move. framework, session frameworks, worksheets, meal plans, habit guides, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Samatvam Living. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell this content without our express written permission.
Samatvam Living treats all personal and health information shared during coaching as confidential. We ask that clients respect the confidentiality of other members in group settings and community spaces, and refrain from sharing other members' personal stories or disclosures outside the group.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samatvam Living and its coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Samatvam Living reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a client has violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or disrespectful behaviour, or acted in a manner that is harmful to other participants or our coaches.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post updates on our website with a revised effective date.
